The FoodFit Program is a unique tool to ensure you are eating the right foods for you.

It is not a blood test.
We simply take an inner cheek swab with a cotton bud – so it is suitable for any age. Especially wonderful for babies and children.

Testing your cheek cell sample against the 580 items on the list determines if the item is compatible or incompatible.
This reaction is determined by atomic and sub-atomic particles within the sample cells. You receive a full report, listing all your incompatible (red) and compatible (black) items.

By avoiding incompatible items for 6 months, you remove inhibitors of cellular function and reduce reactivity. This allows the body to function optimally, from cells to tissues, organs, systems - your whole being.
